New Website

It has been a decent time investment, but the new website is finally up and running. The software running the website is inspired by Jekyll but built from scratch by myself (mostly), so it has been a labour of love and tears.

Eventually i will release the source code for the software, but not just yet. It is still quite messy and there are a number of things that i need to do in order to clean up the code. Once i have streamlined a few things, i will open it up so that others can use it and make some suggestions.

One thing that i will point out, is that yes, i could have used an existing CMS system but like most programmers, i do things to challenge myself and to see what is possible.

I must also apologise for the lacking template of the website. Currently the template was ripped from the original version of this CMS which i used for the MonkeyPack Website which served it's purpose very well. I will try to get something a little fresh up as soon as i have time!

But enough about the website, no doubt i will do a write up when i release the source code!
